Terms
Last updated July 17, 2026
These Terms govern your use of kiwi.rich. By accessing the interface or signing a transaction through it, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
1. The service
kiwi.rich is a non-custodial interface for creating and trading tokens through smart contracts on Arc. It does not operate a wallet, hold your assets, or execute transactions without your wallet signature.
2. Eligibility and lawful use
You must be at least 18, or the age of legal majority where you live, and legally able to use the service. You may not use kiwi.rich for fraud, market manipulation, money laundering, sanctions evasion, intellectual-property infringement, or any activity prohibited by laws that apply to you.
3. Your wallet and transactions
You control your wallet, private keys, approvals, and transaction settings. Always verify the network, contract, token, amount, fees, and expected result before signing.
Blockchain transactions are public and generally irreversible. kiwi.rich cannot cancel, reverse, or recover a transaction or replace lost keys. Smart contracts may continue to operate independently of this website.
4. Token creators
If you launch a token, you are responsible for its name, ticker, image, description, links, promotion, and legal status. You must have the rights to everything you submit and must not mislead users, impersonate others, promise guaranteed returns, or upload unlawful or harmful material.
5. Trading and token risks
Tokens launched through kiwi.rich are created by users. They are not reviewed, endorsed, guaranteed, or insured by kiwi.rich. They may be volatile, illiquid, misleading, technically flawed, or lose all value.
You accept the risks of smart-contract bugs, wallet compromise, network congestion or failure, price movement, slippage, front-running, third-party services, stablecoin risk, and changing laws. Information shown by the interface is for convenience only and is not financial, investment, legal, or tax advice.
6. Fees and third-party services
Transactions may include network gas, trading, and protocol fees defined by the relevant contracts. Review the interface and wallet preview before signing. Wallets, RPC providers, Arc, block explorers, hosting providers, and linked websites are independent third parties governed by their own terms.
7. Availability and changes
The interface may be changed, interrupted, restricted, or discontinued. Data may be delayed, incomplete, or incorrect. We may update these Terms by posting a revised version and date here. Your continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
8. Disclaimers and liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of availability, accuracy, security, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the operators and contributors of kiwi.rich are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost assets, profits, data, or opportunities arising from use of the service. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
9. Privacy and official channels
Our handling of data is described in the Privacy Policy. Only trust social and support accounts linked directly from kiwi.rich. Official contact details will be published on this website before mainnet launch.
